There was no elevator in building P which was not noted on website or at checkin. Only 2 stories but I have bad knees. 2. The on site restaurant had a short menu and the food wasn’t great. We had a pizza which arrived luke warm"

"The Hotel was absolutely stunning! Everything was immaculate as well. We had a few hiccups with our Expedia booking and the Management took care of it right away for us so we could enjoy our vacation and explore the area. Our shower head wasn't working and that was promptly fixed right away as well. The 4 pools and several jacuzzi's around the property were just gorgeous!! The BBQ area's were also very nice, clean and used a lot!! The views were unbelievable everywhere. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you to all the Management, check-in employees and the maintain team for excellent service!! I would rate this Resort a 10 out of 10!!"
