Property was clean , rooms very big and spacious, the pool is lovely as it has areas for the kids and the entertainment team are super fantastic at keeping everyone enjoying their stay all day.
Restaurant staff are really great at customer service, food could have a bit more variety but ok .
Overall all the staff made the stay a great one, definitely going back.

The room was very clean and comfortable, beautifully decorated. Beds very comfy. Staff were lovely, riad was beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like about this riad was the location, kind of a far walk from the busy areas of the Medina, and at times this walk felt unsafe as a solo female traveler. However the riad staff were very welcoming and even gave me his phone number in case I needed it for anything. Riad Arranged transport to the airport easily.

There’s no doubt this is a stunning property. We stayed in a delux villa which was also beautifully furnished. Being Relais & Chateâux we expected service to be of very high standard which it certainly was not. There’s clearly a lack of leadership and proper training.
