Room 1804 ​I had a mixed experience during my recent stay at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul. There were several highlights, but one persistent issue significantly impacted the stay. ​The Highlights ​Outstanding Service: The staff were truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. ​Prime Location: You really cannot beat the location. It is central, convenient, and makes exploring Istanbul very easy. ​The Downside ​Unfortunately, we encountered a frustrating issue with the drainage in our bathtub. After every shower, the water simply would not drain, leaving us standing in pooled water. ​While we brought this to the staff's attention early on, the problem was never resolved. Despite the issue being reported, it continued throughout the entirety of our stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much quicker resolution to a basic maintenance matter.

Ajwa Suntanahmet is a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. The staff is very friendly, efficient and caring. The concierge manager and deputy manager are very good and communicate effectively and proactively through WhatsApp. The breakfast is sumptuous and room services are great. Wifi worked well, the location is central and we used both the airport pickup/dropoff service as as well as their recommendation for a tour guide. I would definitely recommend and stay here again
