"The front reception was great but the hotel was not the cleanest. Not the front receptions fault the hotel needs updating. It’s well worn. "

The front-desk folks were wonderful, helpful and kind! It was a treat to stay, and know that it will be our go-to place when heading west! Thank you again!"

"Clean and beautiful room, friendly staff, and a real breakfast (not just microwaved). They even offer a free cocktail and soup/salad in the evening. Right across the road from a mall so many options for eating, etc. I will stay here again for sure if I'm in Spokane."
