  • This beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath end unit condo offers a peaceful wooded setting with stunning sunrise views from 3 private outdoor spaces - a main- level deck, a private master bedroom deck, and a walk-out lower level patio, all with outdoor seating.

    This condo will easily accommodate 6-8 guests.
    Master Bedroom: King bed with en-suite bathroom featuring double sinks, shower, and a soaking tub
    Second Bedroom: 2 twin beds
    Third Bedroom: Queen bed
    Lower-Level Walk-Out Living Area: Additional queen sleeper sofa for extra guests
    Bathrooms: full, 3/4 bath with laundry facilities and convenient half bath for guests.

    Located next to Offield Viewlands, enjoy immediate access to hiking and biking trails featuring stunning views of the surrounding areas, Just steps from the condo is the new (summer 2026) heated community pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day). NOTE - the pool is currently unavailable due to state permit issues. Nightly rates have been adjusted to reflect the pool's unavailability. It also features a basketball court, a tennis court, and pickle ball courts, as well as a children's playground.

We loved our stay. The house was clean and located near basketball / tennis courts and the pool. My gps initially took me too far into the community, but my host responded quickly and we were able to find our unit.

The condo was comfortable and well sized for 8 adults. We had everything we needed for a nice visit. Location served us great for the fall color tour; and the surrounding area was nice to walk, with nature and a bit of elevation change.

Great Condo with an amazing view!! Very close to Nubs Nob, which was huge for us. Plenty of room for everyone and very comfortable beds. I originally put in the wrong date and Patrick was wonderful about helping me get it changed! Would stay again!!

We had an amazing family vacation!

This place had it all. Space for our family of five and close to all the summer activities we were looking for. The hiking and biking trails literally right outside the door were an added bonus. Patrick was super responsive and accommodating to make sure our stay was a great one!

Beautiful home, clean, comfortable and centrally located. Nestled in the woods, this property provides a peaceful and relaxing environment, and is also close to downtown Petosky and Harbor Springs, Petosky State Park and many other places to see. Beautiful home and would highly recommend! Patrick was very responsive and made our stay so enjoyable. We definitely plan to return!

Enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was clean, comfortable, quiet and well stocked with everything we needed! The grounds around the condo had a large grass area and playground for children to play, enjoyed the pickleball courts!

Great Time!

We had a great time on our long weekend stay, the condo was awesome and in a good location to see and do a lot of different things. The complex was very nice also, the hiking trails were good for our morning walks. Highly recommend!!

We had a great time staying here for our long ski weekend. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed, and then some. The kids especially loved the hot chocolate bar. Great location, clean, and cozy.

Great condo with a central location. Not huge, but more than enough room for 3 couples to stay! Kitchen was well equipped, which was wonderful! Plenty of extras to make our stay comfortable. Communication was beyond great! I could not rate the pool as we did not use it at all. Beautiful sunrise from the deck!
