Come enjoy this secluded, end unit, condo in Harbor Springs. This three bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is comprised of three floors, two decks, and a patio. The main level offers a living room with natural fireplace, dining area, updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steal appliances, half bath, and access to a comfortable covered deck with beautiful views of the sunrise. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with two twin beds, a master suite that has a king bed, walk-in closet, private deck, and an en suite bath that includes a large soaking tub, shower, and double sinks. The lower level walk-out includes a living room, which has a queen size sofa sleeper, a bedroom with a queen bed in it, a 3/4 bath, and laundry room.

Be sure to take a short walk to the Offield Viewlands Nature Preserve next door which has miles of extraordinary walking and bike trails, with stunning views of the surrounding area. Just steps from the condo is the new (summer 2025) heated community pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), basketball courts, pickle ball court, and children playground.

Located in a prime location between Harbor Springs and Petoskey, you are only minutes from the Petoskey State Park, Ski Hills, World Class Golfing, Lake Michigan, restaurants, and shopping.

Beautiful home, clean, comfortable and centrally located. Nestled in the woods, this property provides a peaceful and relaxing environment, and is also close to downtown Petosky and Harbor Springs, Petosky State Park and many other places to see. Beautiful home and would highly recommend! Patrick was very responsive and made our stay so enjoyable. We definitely plan to return!

We had an amazing family vacation!

This place had it all. Space for our family of five and close to all the summer activities we were looking for. The hiking and biking trails literally right outside the door were an added bonus. Patrick was super responsive and accommodating to make sure our stay was a great one!

The house overall was clean, but did have a slight musty odor. The location of the property was great. Internet was spotty and def need better instructions on how to control the television. We did eat at your recommended restaurant, Douglas Lake steakhouse, and it was spectacular! Overall, we had a wonderful time. Thank you.

We had a great time staying here for our long ski weekend. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed, and then some. The kids especially loved the hot chocolate bar. Great location, clean, and cozy.

Great Time!

We had a great time on our long weekend stay, the condo was awesome and in a good location to see and do a lot of different things. The complex was very nice also, the hiking trails were good for our morning walks. Highly recommend!!

This condo was WAY more spacious then we thought it would be! So lovely and well decorated! A perfect location for skiing this year! Plenty of room for everyone in such a park-like wooded area!

Very impressed with the property, it was extremely clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed the common areas and how everyone was able to have there own personal space. Kitchen was well stockcked with the essentials and the bathroom towels were very nice. We would definitely recommend.

This beautiful condo was thoughtfully furnished including a well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. The layout of the condo provided great space for us and our friends to hang out together as well as private sleeping quarters. The condo was located in a quiet, peaceful country setting.

Spacious Stay Near Petoskey and Harbor Springs

A lot of space for our 4 adults, 2 kids stay with room for more. Bed in Master suite upstairs was super comfortable, kids room with single beds gave them their own space. Having three bathrooms helps with the many people. Pool and sport area was very close by. Short drives to Petoskey and Harbor Springs downtown areas.

This condo that we rented for 3 days was WONDERFUL. There was 4 of us ladies that went and we had such great accommodations for bathrooms, showers, bedrooms.The kitchen had everything you would need in a kitchen. The beds were comfortable, pillows were nice. Can’t think of one thing to say wrong about this condo. I would definitely go back there and recommend it to anyone going to the Petoskey, Harbor Springs area.
