Less than 10 minutes from downtown Harbor Springs, this property is conveniently located near M-119, with easy access to Otis, Pond Hill Farm, the Tunnel of Trees, and much more.

This home is part of the Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club. For an optional fee, you and your guests may also have immediate access to a 27-hole golf course, clubhouse, multiple restaurants, tennis courts, pickleball courts, heated pool, fitness center, hiking and cross-country ski trails.

A minimum stay of 7 nights is required during in-season (5/1 to 9/30), and 3 nights in the off-season.

Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club Optional Fees: The access fee is $750 for in-season and $250 for off-season. The fee covers up to 6 guests. This is only required if you are going to use Birchwood amenities.

Clean, modern, comfortable, well-equipped.Disappointed that sauna wasn't working, or we could not figure out how to turn it on.Loved having access to the garage, but the doors are quite narrow. Must fold mirrors in to get through.
