The Ingalls House - Downtown

This delightful home combines comfort, style, and convenience, making it the perfect spot for a memorable getaway, just steps from Harbor Springs’ best dining, shopping, and beaches. With tastefully decorated interiors, this cozy home provides a comfortable setting for up to 6. Enjoy an open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space perfect for gathering after a day exploring. The bedrooms offer plush bedding and thoughtful touches to make you feel right at home. The primary features a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The two additional bedrooms are in the lower level. One of the rooms has a queen bed and the other features two twins. Both of those rooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Along with the 55' flat screen in the living room, there is a bonus room in the basement with two oversized bean bags, a desk and a 50' flat screen. Both of the TVs have access to Netflix, Hulu and other streaming services.

Please make note of the following: The main floor was originally set up as a studio. The walls do not go all of the way to the ceiling and there are no doors that shut the room off from the rest of the house. There are two folding privacy screens that can be used to close off the space. Also, if you're staying in either of the lower level bedrooms, there are painted concrete floors with rugs- you may want to pack your slippers! Parking is available along the street as there is no driveway to access the home. THIS HOME HAS A 30 DAY MINIMUM.
