The studio was dimly lit with little ventilation. There was little communication about where to find a fan. The faucets in every sink were leaky. The shower room was great, and the rest of the amenities were great. The staff were friendly.

Immaculately clean, very impressed with design and structure of the loft. Super comfy beds, very bright and airy space. Loved it and would highly recommend. Close to metro and shopping, would book again for sure. Staff is friendly and happy to assist. Overall a wonderful stay!!

Clean, a 112 old hotel with characters but with modern technology Excellent location especially if you want to visit the Tivoli garden which we highly recommend Lovely buffet breakfast too

Lovely modern hotel 2 mins from the central train station and metro! The only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is in the single room the bed was positioned sideways so there wasn’t a headboard to lean on and the shower unit was extremely right!

This is a nice hotel in a great location. Don’t get the small room- they are TiNY! Staff were very helpful getting us upgraded to a bigger room, which was very nice. But with how much rooms cost, it would have been nice to have a good coffee maker in the room, rather than a few small packets of instant coffee!! Also staff could be a little more friendly. Asking guests how the stay was, if the room was good, something that shows interest in the customer experience goes a long way. And I think should be part of a boutique hotel way of conducting business.
