The location of this property is fantastic with amazing views from the 3rd floor terrace, however the directions to the property were pretty poor as we arrived at night.The property has all that you need BUT we think important items are missing from the description. The property is on 3 floors with 2 very steep narrow staircases. Not suitable for those with mobility issues. One twin room is downstairs as is the bathroom. The master is on the 3rd floor, so 29 steps either way to use the loo, plus for a younf family,you are on ground and top floor. It says it sleeps 6 , but there is only a sofa for 2 and only seating for 4 on the terrace. We were unfortunate and had some heavy storms, tgerefore, water came in the front door,the lounge windows and the big doors on the .ain bedroom. Thus is a well equipped ,nice house,but thrse issues would stop us visiting again

Eenvoudig standaard vakantieverblijf, niet geschikt voor kinderen ivm steile trap naar bovenslaapkamer/terras.Locatie net buiten het dorpscentrum van Arrieta, pal aan zee. Perfecte locatie!Internet/wifi was zeer instabiel.Wat mist is een zonnescherm/parasol op het zonneterras.Voor het overige, alle faciliteiten aanwezig en prettige communicatie met de beheerder.
