It was an average hotel room, nothing special. Nice to have the mini fridge but mattresses were wonky and pillows lumpy. Shower was nice and the continental breakfast was better than average. Staff were all excellent.

The check-in host was very friendly and helpful. She let me know that my room was located near an exit door at the end of the building, if I wanted to park closer to the room.

There were several bugs in our room (dead and alive). It says there is a gym, and there isn't. There is a pool, but it was closed for maintenance, which wouldve been nice to know ahead of time.

There was hair left in the bathroom. A chicken nugget was found under the foot stool. I feel this place was overpriced. Have had much nicer cleaner hotel room for less $.

We had a very enjoyable stay..wasn't there very long. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good there were a lot of options and they left it open just a few minutes extra for us...I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

Highly recommend staying here
My husband and I stayed here for our 4 day trip to black mountain. We checked in fairly late and the lady was super nice. We had been trail riding all day and rather dirty from all the dust. When we came back in with our things she had additional bath towels set out for us to ensure we had clean towels in the morning before room service came. The rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly.

Location is fine, and the front desk representative was pleasant and helpful. The room layout was as expected, however it smelled like a group of cats had just stayed there. "Free breakfast" is fairly limited compared to similar hotel bookings. Didn't try the pool or other amenities, so they may be okay.

I was pleasantly surprised at this Quality Inn. Everything was very nice and well kept. The only honest negative feedback i will give is that there was mold building up on the tops of the walls in my bathroom.
