I didn't like the sofa bed sleeper. The mattress was stained, old and uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch instead.

Worked great for our short family visit
Paul and his team were very helpful and always greeted us as we entered or left the hotel. It was a little snug w 4 adults but we weren't in the room for long except to sleep and prepare to go out again. Would've liked to have protein (bacon or sausage) with the breakfast would be my only request.

Couple things happened that soured my experience. 1) the airport shuttle promised was out of service, so I incurred an $18 unanticipated cost and 2) a cockroach came out to greet us upon our departure

The fact that nothing is immediately around it besides the Outdoor World / Bass Pro shop, and especially that there is really no one parking for that store on this side of the building, means there is much less likelihood of random people walking around or checking out vehicles or people checking into the hotel, than if it was in a more dense area. Also, though, the rooms are nice, the place is clean, the breakfast is good with many hot and cold options, and the staff is friendy.

The service was exceptional and the night clerk remembered my name and greeted me each time I walked by. That is unheard of. Unfortunately this hotel has carpet throughout and it desperately needs replacing. It is dirty and smelly. Every time I got off the elevator on the second floor, it smelled like garbage. Spend some money and replace all the nasty carpet.

Easy in and out from major routes.Shopping and dining varietuy close by. Super friendly staff. Good breakfast variety. No ice macines, loud AC, no TV channel guides. I was able to get ice and a guide from the desk manager.
