The hotel is very cool and exciting to walk through! So much history! The staff is very kind and helpful. The bedroom was clean, the bathroom was small and had a few hairs when we arrived but was maintained well. The walls are very thin so we could hear our neighbors sometimes but that comes with vintage building. Loved the key cards!!! The coffee shop was great and the bar was amazing too! The valet was kind and helpful as well!! We would definitely come again!

Staff were nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean and spacious. I think the only issue is the parking because it’s off the property plus it’s public although it is only a walking distance. It doesn’t feel safe to leave your car overnight. Just my opinion anyway. Overall it is a nice, clean hotel.

My wife and stayed for one night at the Mayflower Park Hotel in downtown Seattle on Memorial Day. This was a neat historic hotel in a very convenient location, right by the Westlake Center monorail station and in easy walking distance to the waterfront and Pike Place Market. The lobby to the hotel was beautiful and provided ample space to hang out. Our room was on the smaller side (as to be expected in such a historic building) but comfortable. We had a good night's sleep there and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in this part of downtown Seattle.

To start the room and hotel itself are very clean, the staff that works at the hotel were very accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately we had guests at the hotel that kept us up til 3 am night one, I eventually had to go to the balcony and ask them to stop being so loud which they finally did. Night 2 we wanted to hang out at the pool and use the hot tub, sauna and steam room…the other guests with kids had their kids keeping the sauna doors open, filling up empty water bottles to poor all over the pool floors to use as a slip and slide and we’re doing cannon balls in the cold plunge and then racing into the hot tub. I truly felt like I was on punk’d. There’s nothing we could do but laugh because who lets their kids act like that, but it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very unfortunate guests don’t know how to behave. Our parking was supposed to be complimentary due to some check in issues, but we ended up having to pay and it has yet to be resolved. But the amenities, the location and hotel were all in all good, it was just an unfortunate coincidence we ended up at the hotel on days such as these.

Location, location, location! Can walk to most everything. Modern, clean spacious rooms with very comfortable and soft beds. They are a bit low to the floor but that's fine for me. Excellent soundproofing too. Never hear people in other rooms so you get a good night's sleep. Also like the tree lined streets with lots of birds singing! Many good restaurants nearby. Friendly staff.
