    Sunset Lodge is our LARGEST cabin and sits on a retired horse ranch consisting of 10 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, New swimming pool, New outdoor hot tub Jacuzzi, XL Entertainment Room w/ 85in Flat Screen TV, Washer/dryer, 2 wood stoves, Outdoor fire pit, 2 kitchen areas, 2 Fridges, 2 WoodStove/Fireplaces, screened in porch, a Baby Crib, central air & heat, Heated concrete floors, cable and wi-fi!

    Things to know
    Due to staff shortage & lack of a Large Laundry facility we currently have the cleaning fee discounted for renters to bring their own SHEETS, TOWELS, & PILLOWCASES or we may be able provide in certain situations for an extra fee.
    Load of firewood can be delivered for $45 fee. Please remind us to deliver the morning of checkin

Spa would not heat. Host resolved over a 2 day period but unfortunately we don't then only had use of it the last afternoon and evening. Host offered return of cleaning fee instead of a fair compensation of unusable amenity . In addition, this is a list of other issues we experienced at this property:arrival to swarms of flies in the house-mildewed wet bedding left in washing machine-non working/non hooked up a/c units-unsafe/unrailed ladder into spa-tripping hazards due to unmitigated threshold transitions-missing screen door in screened in porch-interruption of last day of stay by mowing of extensive lawn-interruption of privacy with multiple garbage drop offs into dumpster located on property
