"Hotel reservation requests were not met. I made my reservation two weeks before my stay with a notation that the two rooms be adjoining. I even called the hotel directly to check that they could accommodate my request and I was assured that they would. Upon checking in I was told that two double queen adjoining rooms were no longer available. I was offered no compensation for the inconvenience and settled for rooms across the hall from one another. To make matters even worse the heat in one of the rooms didn’t work. The breakfast was lackluster at best. Find another hotel! "

"Clean rooms Staff was awesome Big slide only open when life guard is there and is only Friday through Sunday Bar and grill wasn’t open"

"We were a group of 6 staying for 3 nights. The house was nice, not a clean as we expected, but ok. Water in the house was a big issue. Water pressure was extremely slow. If two people were taking showers at the same time there was no pressure at all. It also listed 3 bathrooms, there were 3 but one was a half bath. It worked for us but if all the bedrooms in the house were occupied it would not have. Loved the area!"

"It would have been nice to have a shelf in shower for personal items, for people that have sensitive skin for example"
