Trash all outside the house and under carport. "The location was perfect. It made for easy walking to restaurants, parks and nature walks. We loved that we parked when we arrived and didn't get back in the car until we were leaving. The accommodations were comfortable and well appointed, with a kitchenette to meet our needs. Thank you also for the water bottles as we did not think about packing our own. "

"This property has had a bad reputation in the past, but it has now been renovated. The king bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean but sloppy caulking in the bathroom makes the floor around the toilet look dirty but it is not dirty. The shower was fine with a good shower head and hot water. It was a very hot, humid day and night, but the air conditioning kept us cool. The person checking us in was friendly and helpful. There is nothing fancy about this place but it met our needs adequately."
