Il y avait de la nourriture dans un tiroir qui datait de plusieurs jours, des serviettes humides sur le plancher quand nous sommes arrivés à la chambre. Une odeur d'humidité sans cesse dans la chambre, il manquait du savon et des serviettes. Les murs sont détruits par l'humidité.
C'est vraiment dommage car l'hôtel est super bien situé et a un déjeuner correct. Des arcades et une piscines. Mais pour la propreté ce n'est pas bon. Je vais à cet hôtel depuis des années, mais en 2026 j'y ai été deux fois et les chambres n'étaient pas propre les deux fois, c'est terminé, j'irai ailleurs maintenant à Plattsburgh,

La chambre avait besoin d’un bon coup de ménage … des pretzels .. morceaux inconnus sur le plancher et à côté de la table de chevet.. les toilettes avaient des cheveux et poils .. sans compter l’état général de la chambre qui aurait besoin d’amour. Le lit était toutefois propre et confortable
