The hotel is nicely updated and clean but very noisy. My room was on the ground floor by the door and I heard people going in and out all night. They should make those doors unavailable after a certain hour. The walls thin as well and I heard everything that was going on. Lastly, a clicking/ rattling noise in the vent continuously woke me up throughout the night. I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past but this was the noisiest stay by far.

Homeless people hanging out at the Sheetz which is in the same parking lot as the hotel and also people in the gas station blasting music at 4am. Hotel was fine, no issues, decent breakfast, nice staff.

Clean facility and close to HersheyPark. Great sauna and swimming pool. The breakfast was also good, Sheetz gas station on front of property so can be some noise but convenient to gas up prior to continuing.

This is an older Country Inn & Suites but in reasonably good shape. Beds were on the softer side, normal wear and tear on the room for its age. Ok for one night, nice staff and decent coffee.

Our room was clean, towels were well stocked, and the beds were comfy. I love that they have "quiet hours", past experience at hotels prove that quiet hours can be a necessity. I know there were small children on our floor and the floor above us, but we never heard them. We weren't able to attend the breakfast, we got in late and weren't ready to eat before it closed. However I can tell you it smelled amazing! I would definitely stay again if I needed a room in close proximity to Hersheypark and Giant Center.

Very spacious room and comfortably fit our family of 5. The room was nicely decorated. We were able to use the pool which was good for the kids. The staff was ok. Not very friendly tho and none greeted us with a smile. I think that’s something the management can help their staff improve on.
