"I was a little worried since there were many negative reviews that I read. However, the room with the garden view was wonderful and bathroom was clean. The pools and hot tub were great. That's the most highlight of the hotel and it was worth paying for it. Kids had lots of fun and we will definitely go back to this hotel next time. "

"The staff was so helpful. They were very friendly and gave us great customer service. We had a minor problem with the tv remote. Staff came to our room within 5 minutes to help with this issue. Of course she corrected the problem. We will definitely come back at a later date. Thanks for the service."
