The room was more like an apartment with the full refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, microwave, sink, and dishwasher. Very convenient location in Windsor. The staff were very friendly and greeted us everytime we saw them. We njoyed our stay! Thank you! 🙏❤️

Stayed here for one night and was pleasantly impressed. Our room was spacious and very clean. Complimentary breakfast is until 10am and it was a nice spread. Front desk was very helpful. Location was in a quiet area and loved that check out time was 12pm. Had such a great stay that I might chose more Hyatt hotels going forward!

The staff and amenities of the hotel were awesome! They had a hotel bar/restaurant, complimentary breakfast, and a shuttle with a 5 mile radius to take you where you wanted to go. The staff was very kind and helpful in getting whatever information or item you needed. The hotel was clean and at a great price. I would highly recommend!

The hotel and rooms are very clean, spacious, and pleasant. The rooms are bright and colorful with great views of the sunrise or sunset! The staff is very nice, pleasant, and welcoming! I stay there at least a once a month and it is my favorite hotel in the area.

Not recommended. Staff was kind but the property was not well maintained. Breakfast was not good. Very limited. The cost for a room $230 was terrible for the visiting condition. The rooms need remodeling. It’s look like the lobby is the only modern and current and maintain.
