2/10 Terrible

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
The hotel’s location, cleanliness, and friendly staff were appreciated. Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by a significant noise issue in room 105. Around 2 a.m., a loud reverberating noise echoed through the walls, making it impossible to sleep. The night manager confirmed that this problem is a known issue with that room. Despite this, we were assigned to it, and neither the day manager nor Expedia offered any meaningful compensation after we raised our concerns. Due to the preventable nature of the issue and the lack of support provided, I cannot recommend this hotel. I also would not recommend using Expedia - they are absolutely useless.
