The location and rooms are very nice. The facility is clean and has many amenities. I was disappointed in the housekeeping routine. I was not informed that they only clean the rooms once a week at check-in. Then I called the front counter after my room was not cleaned, and they apologized and said they would have it cleaned the next day. That didn't happen again. This lack of cleaning occurred for several days, and then one of the front counter staff informed me that they don't clean daily unless requested. I requested it from then on daily, but it never happened. During my entire 8-night stay, I was only able to get my room cleaned once, and they didn't change the bedding during that quick clean. I have to travel to Rocky Hill monthly and was planning on using this facility, but I'm going to try others due to the cleaning schedule and lack of communication.
