"Great hotel hot water was out but my reservation was wrong on my end but the hotel worker understood and allowed me to check in regardless of the reservation mix up over all would definitely recommend the hotel and will be staying there again , also pretty much the cheapest hotel in fort smith ar and in a great area"

"I wasn't sure what to expect because the place is in a small town. However, the motel was surprisingly nice and clean and updated. The location is in an unassuming area of a parking lot full of potholes, but since the motel is in a corner of the shopping center, it was quiet and felt tucjed away. I would stay here again. The pricing for the room is affordable, less than $100 a night."

"The property is lovely, wooded, and quiet. We felt it was the perfect spot to stay to see the Runestone Park and Talimena State Park. David was a wonderful host. If we are ever back in the area, we would be happy to stay again. "
