"Meals were very nice "

"Overall our stay was ok. The room needs to be cleaned better. The curtains were stained like they were water damaged, but we were on an upper floor. The bed skirt was soiled with I don’t know what and the TV was old. No streaming networks to watch if you wanted to. Getting out of the hotel parking lot, the road had very bad potholes which should be fixed. Breakfast was ok. Staff was always friendly and helpful."

"The place was very nice and clean and modern. We could have used a blanket for the pull out coach but other than that the place was great. We were traveling with older parents and we were able to get in early so thanks for that. the only negative is the parking. You get charged 17 to 32 every time you take your car out of the garage depending on how long you have it in."

"You will find poor service from multiple individuals. This was a Ritz Carlton but no longer. Expect a low level of service where people are trying to do the minimum and are okay with getting low reviews."

"I stayed in this lovely home for a solid week and it was a comfortable home away from home. I found the host to be accommodating and eager to respond quickly. He was attentive to our needs and offered suggestions if inquiries were made. The home had enough room for us to be together and still enjoy personal quiet time. We utilized all aspects of the home to our delight (game room, porch, backyard, dining room, etc.). If opportunity permits, I would certainly return to this peaceful oasis. "

"This unit perfectly met our needs. Well equiped for lite cooking and comfortable with fast WiFi. While not a problem for us, it could be a challenge for those with problem with stairs."

"Stayed for 5 nights. The air filter was absolutely polluted with dust, it looked like it hasn’t been changed in a year. Our son got an allergic reaction to the dust and had to take him to the ER during our stay. One of the beds did not have a comforter which we reported upon arrival. We were told for 3 straight days that it would be delivered and was not. It was finally delivered as we were checking out. I am a work traveler and have seen it all but the service and cleanliness were way below acceptable standards. Would not recommend. "

"I was traveling as an RN to take care of a patient. Customer service was terrible. Either no one answered the phone upon arrival to White Plains from Ohio or my call was disconnected. I was trying to get the code to enter the property in order to take care of my patient. It took me over an hour to finally reach someone who would give me the code. Then I received an email with another room number after I had been trying to enter the original room with that code I had been given via email. You made check in very hard and difficult. Then during check out. I would get a text with one set of instructions and an email with conflicting instructions. Get your act together. Have someone answer the phones."
