Great location. Difficult parking unless the host were to park their car on the street when guests are there. Good small, cosy room. Comfortable bed and clean. Be prepared for noise. Must be impervious or bring earplugs. Family noise & sound travels from overhead. Use of any water triggers noisy flush pump day and night. Other mechanical noises above the bed. Omission: Wasn't enough ground coffee to use the coffee machine. Very nice host. We enjoyed the location.
