"I love this hotel as it has everything you need right onsite. The only thing I was less than impressed with was the room. My husband and I stayed in the Artist Tower and our King room literally had the sink, toilet and shower in the same area as the bed. There was no privacy when using the bathroom as there was only a glass door you shut with the shower right beside it. I will be sure to book my room differently next time as I wasn't aware this was a studio type of room. Besides that, the hotel was clean, accommodating and convenient to the convention center! We will definitely stay here again next year!"

"Overall great staff and cleanliness and location. However, room was very small. Was traveling with my daughter and we don’t mind cozying up but it was very tight. Also, there was no water and no glasses in the room. I had to go down in the elevator to the bar in order to get a glass bottle of water and drinking glasses to bring up to the room. Small detail but when you are paying $800 for a room, I think fresh cold water should be offered upon entry of the room."

"We didn’t have a car and really appreciate how central and accessible this location was to all the touristy things in the areas but also restaurants and shopping. The staff was so kind, especially Ben. They were kind enough to store our luggage before and after our stay. The bathroom was super tiny and the shower pressure was very meh, but other than that it was a perfect stay!"
