"Valet service was excellent, professional friendly. Check in at bar was easy, free drink when u arrive. Hotel staff friendly. When I booked the room the parking was $45. The hotel changed the rate to $55 as I wasn’t informed. Called hotel and talked to the valet desk and they are going to try and make things right. Nice clean rooms, hot shower. "

"I would like to lead with how amazing the staff was! Very accommodating and welcoming. My son left his jacket in the close out after check out. We were already at the airport when we noticed. We called the hotel and they helped us navigate the process of purchasing a shipping label to have it returned. They went above and beyond what was required. The facilities are awesome and the location is unmatched. I will only stay here when I return to Charlotte."
