"Nice property. It’s within walking distance to a lot of bars, restaurants and Bally’s casino. It’s right next door to a grocery store which was super convenient. There were a couple of women who worked at the front desk that were unpleasant, and they only have 1 washer/dryer on site, which is hard when you’re doing laundry for a sports team. Other than that my stay was great!"
"Loved the Palmer House Hotel!!! The lobby, amazing decoration! I even took a picture of it to post on social. The bar and restaurant area, very popular and looked like everyone was enjoying themselves! The room, well, not the best, but this was an occasion where I booked last minute and through a 3rd party on lalapalooza weekend. So, I was happy to just get a bed and a shower! But could use some upgrades. Overall, the help was extremely courteous and helpful. The amenities were perfectly accommodating and it gave me and my daughter a place to comfortably call home for the night! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!"
"Our family loves to stay at the Hilton. It's close to many classic Chicago sites. You have a wonderful deep dish pizza around the corner. The staff are always friendly and efficient."
"Convenient. Can stroll to locations within 30 mins. Train 4 blocks away, bus to riverwalk around the corner, restaurants, and the Mile a short walk away. "
