Check in was okay. It’s self check in and no one to help with your bags, small elevator. Had difficulty with the pin getting into our room so staff helped us fix it. Upon entering, there were a lack of toiletries- no towels or extra set for our party of 3 were prepared so we had to ask. The place was clean. We put up the cleaning sign on our door but no staff came to clean our room our entire stay. The cafe is closed most of the time too. It was very Airbnb style and a bit difficult to get ahold of staff for any help. Only recommend for short stays.

The hotel is very convenient for all of the attractions in Shinjuku and the subway. Loved the cinema downstairs. The staff were always very attentive and focused on ensuring the best possible service. The rooms are on the smaller side (even for Tokyo) and we weren’t able to go near the Godzilla statue to take a photo as the area is blocked off. The breakfast place (Sizzler) was expensive and not that good

"We stayed in the luxury twin suite with the bathtub view of the ferris wheel. For the price, I had expect a litte more. This place needs a revamp.
