"Staff is exceptionally amazing, greeting you as you return and leave. The cleanliness is unparalleled regardless of where you are in the hotel and I am excited about trying the massage services next year. Breakfast is amazing and filling going from east to west seamlessly. This was our second year staying here and we are excited to return! The balcony is beautiful during the day and at night. With the Bay View stunning and alive! The onsen that re-opened was another benefit of staying here!!! In such a crazy world this place opens a retreat into peace and comfort."

"Our family of 4 stayed in two rooms here and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to a Metro stop and the Ōsanbashi Cruise ship terminal (our main reason for staying here). The rooms were clean and well maintained and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a great selection of western and traditional Japanese options. The hotel offers complimentary drinks (non alcoholic) and light snacks in the afternoon into the evening- which was a nice gesture."
