The room was small, but that’s to be expected in Tokyo. It was functional for what we needed. We mainly used it to shower and sleep, so it suited us just fine. The location was convenient, about a 10-minute walk to Shinjuku Station, which made getting around easy. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a solid choice if you’re looking for a simple, clean, and well-located place to stay.

Comfortable rooms with a nice kitchenette- fridge. The area is pretty central to subways and eateries. Multiple convenient store options right downstairs. The hotel should offer the coffee machine 24/7 as they cater to international travelers who can not wait until 7 am to grab a cup of coffee. I highly recommend they review this policy

Stayed here 22 years ago on my honeymoon. Came back with our two sons and it is still a fantastic hotel.
Perfect location to see Tokyo with a family.
Staff are amazing. The roof top bar is special. Rooms are great and location is perfect.
