The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. U loved that the room was stocked with everything we needed for our 3 night stay! The staff was so very courteous and helpful! I loved how close to everything in Times Square it was. I will definitely come back to Riu on my future visits to NYC!

I stayed here for 4 days with my girlfriend. The hotel is in a great spot with good food spots and cafes within walking distance. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The room is cozy and the shower is probably the best I've seen in a hotel or airbnb. Would 100% recommend

Staff was very courteous. But the room didnt have hot water. I had to let the water run in the shower for 15 minutes to finally get warm but it never got hot. We had to take a quick shower each time. Sane with dink. Water onlybreached a luke warm temperature. That was the only disappointment

We really enjoyed our stay, room was beautiful!!! Only thing I didn’t really like was the shower heads, they need to be updated. Also had no hot water flowing in the bathroom sink during our stay but great stay otherwise.
