Size of property: 515m². The family-friendly 3 ½-room house (approx. 70m2) is 5 minutes from the Brünig pass. Very sunny and quietly situated by a stream and surrounded by woods and meadows with a view of the mountains. It offers space for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child. On the upper floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (1.6 x 2m), 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 foldaway bed (90cm x 1.90m), direct access to the balcony, shower/WC. Downstairs: living/dining room with satellite TV and radio/CD, well-equipped kitchen with 4-burner ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, piston coffee machine, toaster, blender etc. Direct access from the basement to the private garden and seating area. No Wifi! Bus stop and restaurant 50m away, village centre with grocery shop 500m away. The Wasserwendi Twing valley station is approx. 5 minutes by car or post bus, the Reuti valley station approx. 10 minutes. 1 parking space available directly at the house. In the house there is a small library, board games and toys for children, which may be used. Bobsleds and sledges in the Schopf can be borrowed.
