"We stayed there to run the Jungfrau Marathon. The location is a 2 minute walk to the start line. Rooms were small, but clean. No AC but opening the windows and the fan in the room was sufficient. There was very little in the way of furniture, like dressers or night stands. Our luggage was our dresser. Also, no in room refrigerator. Breakfast was great! Scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly everyday, with fresh bread, meats and cheeses. This was a fantastic affordable option for a stay in Interlaken."

"Room was minimalistic, did not have kettle/tea/coffee/fridge or any minibar. Mattress was also not the most comfortable, and our room just basically had 2 beds put together instead of one double mattress. Best thing, however, is location next to the cable car where we got good discount. Another good thing was view from the room. We also enjoyed breakfast. Thank you!"

"The location was great right in front of the park where the paragliders land and with a view of the snow capped mountains. Fifteen minutes walk from both interlaken east and west stations. Halal food places nearby. Inside the hotel looked nice and clean though the rooms were very basic. The front of the building however looked awful...really run down and I was shocked when I saw it. The photos on the listing only show the building at night in the dark with lights on so you can't really tell. It's a shame because it really lets the hotel down. Also the breakfast buffet had very limited options considering it wasn't a cheap hotel. I was quite disappointed because I had expected more."

"Location was perfect - close to shops and grocery stores (to help cut the cost of very expensive dining out in Switzerland). Short walk to Interlaken West train station. Easy bus access. Breakfast was included and was VERY good - lots of variety and delicious! Beds/pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is older, and room was pretty basic - no bedside lamps (NOT a game changer), and no A/C, which we discovered is common in Switzerland. Temperatures were warm (high twenty's) during our stay, but we were given 2 floor fans which really helped to keep things comfortable. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend."
