"The hotel is beautiful and vintage. It is very conveniently located, very well maintained and clean. The breakfast has a wide assortment and staff are so kind and pleasant. I hope to return to Interlaken and visit again."

"Room had balcony with partial view of Lake Brienz and beautiful views of Mount Jungfrau with beautiful green valley and mountains near hotel which has a pool. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast had good coffee choices and the best flavored yogurts. We met the owner, Alex, hitchhiking from the hotel to the train station who drove us several times either from Interlaken from his famous Aare Korean BBQ restaurant to his hotel or to train station. Great hospitality from Alex!!! From Interlaken OST, the train ride to Wilderswill train station is about 5 minutes and then a short bus ride of a few minutes to a stop which is about 5-10 minutes walk uphill to hotel. Very quiet area to get a good night sleep and close to wilderswill train station to go to nearby Lauterbrunnen."

"The check in staff were extremely helpful and kind. The property is wonderfully located near the tram up to Harder Kulm, and the views of the surrounding river and mountains are a treat. I opted to include breakfast in our stay and it was well worth it; an array of options and the food was delicious. The property has a concierge who helped me plan my day with information on how to get to sites, and the opportunity to purchase my train tickets on site. I have nothing but great things to say about all those with whom I interacted, the comfort of the room, and the lovely locale. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hapimag staff!"

"Great location, close to grindelwald terminal amd grund for easy access to trains and cable cars. The included breakfast and local bus pass, only increased the value of thos place. Would highly recommend!"

"Murren was loveliest swiss village with the most incredible views of the Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau mountains. Lots to do nearby and easy transportation to/from everything in the region. This hotel is designed in very good taste, food is outstanding, staff friendly and the room was great. You can’t go wrong here. We stayed in a Senior Suite with our 2 children (2 bedrooms, 2 bath plus living area)."

"The hotel was conveniently located close to train station. The outdoor patio area is lovely place to enjoy drinks and take in the beautiful views. We were very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were under renovations and not usable. One of the main reasons we picked this hotel was to have a hot tub and pool to enjoy the amazing views. We were upset that we were not told in advance or given a discount for the inconvenience. Otherwise the staff was helpful and hotel is convenient to shops, restaurants and all the alpine activities."
