"We have stayed at this hotel over half a dozen times and have always found it comfortable and clean. We always request a low floor room and when we first booked about 3 years ago the hotel always allocated this. The last two times we have been allocated higher floors, when asked only to be told, we are fully booked. We always book months in advance and why our request isn’t taken into consideration, I don’t know. We pay for a premium room and with better planning I am sure our request could be made."

" I had a lovely stay at Senlac Hotel in Hastings. While the building and décor are slightly dated and I had a room with shared bathroom and toilet facilities, everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The shared amenities were always tidy, and I never had to wait to use them. The room itself was cozy, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. The location is also excellent – just a short walk from the train station and close to the seafront and shops.
