  • Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with excellent views of ocean and sound. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets, long sandy beaches, close to town yet quiet and out of the way. Excellent for hanging out and relaxing at the pool or beach.

    This is by far one of the nicest and closest properties to World Famous Gulfstrean fishing in Hatteras NC, 4 full service marinas with offshore and inshore charter fishing just moments away. Or take a free ferry ride to historic Ocracoke Village on Ocracoke Island, Just a few miles up the road is the house where Nights in Rodanthe was filmed.

    Elevator service to all levels makes Durant Station a most convenient choice for all ages: no need to haul luggage and groceries up long flights of stairs! Guests are just a few short steps to the ocean via a private wooden walkway. The Hatteras area offers some of the best fishing and sun bathing on the East Coast. At Durant Station you'll enjoy a host of amenities including one of Hatteras Island's largest private pools with an adjacent hot tub. The Durant Station Community Center is crowned by the original historic Durant Lifesaving Station tower, a rich piece of Hatteras Island's past. You'll find the Community Center ideal for relaxing with friends, conducting meetings, wedding parties and receptions, or simply enjoying the lounge areas, which offer a large-screen TV, and a complete kitchen on the upper level. The Durant Station Complex consists of three floors, which start about 12 feet above ground. The parking lot and walks are paved with concrete.

A Stay to Remember

We spent a few days in March and had an amazing stay. The endless views of dolphins and pelicans from the balcony were incredible. We walked out onto the beach that connected directly with the beaches of Hatteras National Seashore and walked for miles. The condo itself was spotless and inviting. It was very peaceful and quiet. We can’t wait to book another trip here.

We had a great stay!!! The owner was very responsive to any and all questions we had throughout our stay. The walk to the beach is effortless and the condo itself was beautiful including the kitchen that was well stocked with pots and pans needed for cooking fresh seafood. The pool was nice for a change of pace after a day of beaching!! We would definately stay again!!!

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

This was our second year in a row staying here. We love it. Mike did some upgrades since last summer so we love it even more. We ate every meal on the balcony enjoying the ocean view and the sound of the waves.

Property was very clean. In a peaceful area. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay in the condo! Sitting on the deck with the phenomenal view of the ocean was our favorite part. It was great to have easy access to the beach, and the pool and hot tub were a plus.
