"Loved our stay!!! Place was clean and welcoming. The only 2 things we would say we would have liked were that The outside light on the main balancy outside the door didn't work. And the chairs on the top balancy were the short Chairs not the tall ones so you couldn't see over the dunes, but we made do."

"Property could use some updating and a deep cleaning. There were broken appliances that did not work, stained furniture that needed cleaning, some broken furniture inside and outside, an elevator that functioned (but not immediately) and not in the way it was supposed to once we finally got it working. Tried to contact host upon arrival but did not hear from her for over 24 hrs. Outside shower area that stores beach chairs and toys was very dirty and in total disarray. We were unable to secure the home when we left to go somewhere as the lock did not have working batteries in it and could not be locked. I noted some of these items were mentioned in previous reviews, but apparently have not been addressed.On the positive side, the beds were extremely comfy and the view of the ocean was beautiful! Kitchen was pretty well equipped and spacious. Pool was a hit with the family as well as the close beach access. However, I feel for the price one pays for these accommodations, they should be as advertised with everything in good working order and clean. Given everything, I will say that we did enjoy our time at Driftwoods Dunes."
