We disinfected the floor because it smelled of pet urine. The house itself was very nice. Hot tub was cleaned the day we arrived. Great view and the host was responsive to my comments."

"For the price this camper was really nice! The staff replied quickly and was courteous. The place was clean and the deck was just the right size. Only suggestion add a gate so the doggie wouldn’t need a leash. "when we got there it almost appeared like the main floor was forgotten to be swept, when I contacted Rob he was very polite and helpful. it was very quick to respond to any messages with any questions. a very excellent host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! easy walk to the beach, beautiful sunrises, and sunsets, got to see deer and a fawn, loved the outdoor space on the decks and screened in porch . the beach at this location is wonderful! not many people at all"

"Our family has been vacationing in OBX for the last 7 summers. We had our regular house that we stayed at and last year at the end of the summer they sold the property. I was so discouraged and worried about finding a new rental that gave our family the same kind of homey feel…. And boy did this property not disappoint. The location was perfect. Kayaking, beach, sound swimming, fishing, pool, and hot tub. The kitchen provided an endless supply of dishes, pots, pans, crockpot… you name it. I could go on and on with the positives. A bit into the vacation one of the AC units stopped working. The host answered almost immediately and had someone out to fix it in no time flat. I am not so smart with technology and could not figure out the tv, host responded within 15 min to help guide me on how to operate the tv. We have already lined up another vacation to our new favorite home away from home."

"This property was ideal for our family beach vacation. There were four adult couples and a teenager and the house allowed everyone to be comfortable and have privacy when wanted or join the family when desired. The layout of the common space worked very well for us. We cooked for all of our meals except a catered dinner, and the kitchen lent itself well to everything we prepared. We did bring some cooking utensils because we knew they were not available in the home, but the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies.Having the ocean right at our back doorstep was heaven, and the deck was wonderful for enjoying the view.Our host was very quick to respond to any questions or issues during the week. I can't say enough about how attentive he was, both during our stay and before it, when we bombarded him with questions. Thanks for a glorious week!"
