"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, very nice property. pool was great for younger kids. Property management was great resolving a couple small problems, one was the internet info on checkin emails was incorrect, that took some time to correct. the other issue that is not easy to correct, the outdoor shower water has no where to go, it sits on the carport deck and is carried into elevator and the pool deck. Not sure how much cleaning was done before our arrival, the note on the frige said cleaned on 7/16."

"The property is what it looks like. The best location! You are on the beach. The deck is amazing, we spent so much time out there and on the beach. The communication was lacking. The place had many minor defects. If that is something that bothers you probably not the place for u. For us it was worth the trade off to be on the beach."

"This was our second summer staying in this home. Proximity to the beach is unmatched. Close to town. Had everything we needed to have a great trip. Great communication with Leslie. Would definitely recommend."

"The bicycle with the flat tires in the living room should be moved out. The air vents in a few rooms need to be painted and cleaned. There is a single electrical outlet in the bathroom and only works with the wall switch. To use bathroom at night it was very dark and we couldn’t plug in a nightlight without the lights over the sink being on. One of the bedrooms there is no closet and the dresser has only a few drawers because there are linens and blankets stored there. We did enjoy the comfort of an older cottage and look forward to visiting again."
