"We lived our stay at Island Time! Felt like a beachfront property with the proximity to the beach making it easy for members of our family to go back and forth. The beach was quiet and relaxing ! The pier was close for a quick drink or ice cream ! The pool was a great size with plenty of room for everyone. It did have some bugs and was a little dirty but Steve promptly addressed this ! The ice cream truck was fun for the kids to run out for a fun treat !!! We also love sunrises and could watch from the deck or the beach !!!We ate in most days and the kitchen was great …had all we needed. House was comfortable for the ones from our group who wanted to relax more inside. Thanks for a great family vacation !!!!"

"Property is beautiful and very nicely decorated. You have views of the ocean and the sound from out of most of the upstairs windows. The walk to the beach is less than two minutes.There's only three houses in front of you, but the way the house is situated gives you fantastic views. The decks are very nice and the furniture is very nice, and both indoor and outdoor of the house are very well maintained. Both the pool and hot tub are very nice. We had a problem with the air.Conditioning, and the guy came out within one hour and it wasn't getting free on.So he changed a filter, and the house got nice and cool again. The only couple things I would say that owners might be aware of is they did not come, do a midweek, clean of the pool or hot tub. They did come and replace the pump.Because it was not moving any water, but they never cleaned the pool or hot.Tub which I would have preferred. Also, it seemed like all the filters needed to be cleaned in the house.And the furnace. And while this is extremely small, there were no scissors in the house, and I probably went to grab a pair of scissors at least ten times on that stay. Those are all minor things. I'm just letting the owners know because I would wanna know. Oh, and the towel rack is off. The wall and the second level suite. And it looked like there was an old dog p spot on the carpet on one of the landings.But the house was amazing.I would give it a nine out of ten, and it was clean and great location, and overall perfect for"

"We had a great trip. Right on the beach, good surf fishing, the house had everything we needed. Jay was an excellent host, very quick to respond. Easy check out instructions as well. Beach chairs were available. One of our cars did get struggle a bit in the driveway but we expected that being so close to the beach. Mosquitos were bad at night on the beach, bring bug spray!"
