"Great location, cozy retreat "

"The best part of our stay was the quick, responsive, and knowledgeable communications with our host, James. The beach house is conveniently located next to a small lake and short walk to the beach. Having a pool and hot tub certainly added to the stay. We had 7 adults and 4 kids which the house accommodated nicely. It has several porch and deck areas where everyone could find some private time. It could use some landscaping and outdoor cleanup to improve overall enjoyment. "

"We loved this house! It was in a great location and was well stocked in the kitchen! We only have two small complaints: one was the overgrown weeds in the back by the pool and apparently one needs a college degree to operate the washing machine! LolAll in all it was a wonderful experience!"

"House was in a perfect location and was plenty big for our family of 15. The kids loved the pool and the in house theater. However the house was pretty dirty, the appliances were dirty e.g the Dyson vacuum was filled with black spot, and many of the pots and pans were burned through the bottom and were in need of replacing. The two dishwashers were nice but the door of one was difficult to close and lock. "
