This beautiful condo (1200 sf) comes complete with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, sleeps 6 comfortably, fully updated modern kitchen and primary living area. Dish washer, electric range, microwave, electric can opener, coffee maker, hair dryer in both bath rooms, washer/dryer, new pots and pans and cooking utensils. Bath towels and bed linens are also included.

Additional amenities include Propane outdoor gas grill, large beach towel, hvac, and free Wi-Fi and cable TV is also included. An outdoor swimming pool and hot tub are located just a few steps away

Surf break

We made one last beach trip for the summer and we're not disappointed! The place was very clean and organized perfectly stocked had great bedding and sheets and was very comfortable. It's great access to the beach easy location for day trips to Oka or Avon or other exploring, the host was very accommodating and arranged for us to check out a bit later. I really appreciate the comfortable stay and the great memories!

Beautiful and serene!

Mike is a great host. The condo was impeccably stocked with everything we needed! We just brought our clothes and toiletries. The condo was clean, spacious, close to beach and close to the pool. The location is very quiet but still within walking distance of everything you would need. The mattresses were fabulous! Kudos to Mike!

Property was very nice. Well stocked and Mike was great with answering any questions I had. Definitely will stay again. Ocean is only a few minutes walk down the private drive. Pool is right across the road very quite area. Pool was also clean and was never full of people. My husband myself and three teenage kids fit great and having two full bathrooms was awsome. It’s a nice place

The unit is walking distance to the beach, and close to shops, dining and the Ocracoke Ferry. It’s a great size for 4, but does have accommodations for 6. There is ample dinnerware and utensils so you don’t need to wash in between. There are also extra beach towels so you don’t need to wash yours after each beach day. The beds were comfortable. We have stayed here a couple times and would stay again. Our stay was Saturday to Saturday, and I tried to book the unit for the same week next year but it was already taken on Tuesday of our week.
