it was clean all the appliances workef had a issue with 1 neighbor makin noise late at night but the staff addressed it immediately no questions asked.

This place had a great bed, plenty of light inside and out, handy ice, and good parking right outside the door. I was coming home from a 3,000 mile trip, and the night’s stay made a big difference in getting home safely and in a good mood.

Disgusting

The smell when i opened the door about knocked me down. Bedspread, dresser and tub was stained, dirty looking and the ceiling looked like plaster was going to fall on you at anytime. We never unpacked, just turned key in and left.

Had to wait a half hour for staff to show up to check me in after a sign was posted back in 5 minutes. No breakfast at all, not even coffee. Terrible room. The toilet seat barely hung onto the toilet by one bolt and the water in the tub took forever to drain. Also, little water pressure. Floor tiles were loose & others were nailed down. 2 threadbare towels to use & 1 tiny sink soap. Air conditioner was very noisy & didn’t cool the room. Do not waste your money staying here.

“I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was filthy, the sheets were stained (bloody)and had hair on them, and there was a bad smell throughout. Despite advertising a free continental breakfast, the staff said there was none. The conditions were so bad that I couldn’t even sleep there. I had to contact Expedia to request a refund and book another hotel. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.”

Do not stay here.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and a few were sketchy, but this is the first one I’ve ever left after seeing the room even though it was non-refundable. The room was filthy- bugs on counter and dirt/hair accumulation near tub. When we turned down the bed there was a big stain front and center and no top sheet as a barrier to the unwashed blanket. Asked for a different room and it was just as bad. Water was running (not dripping) in the tub and wouldn’t turn off. Their solution was to drape a wash cloth over it?? We left and found a room elsewhere. Plenty of other better options on this exit.

This was barely a motel. There was mold in the shower and it constantly dripped. The bedspread had multiple cigarette burns in it. The air conditioner was set at 52 and barely cooled the room. The microwave was broken. There was no continental breakfast. At check in they were suppose to put us in a non-smoking room and then tried to send us to a room that was already occupied. Terrible customer service.

In rough shape. Property and parking area in disrepair. Indifferent staff. No ice in outdoor ice machine. Key card quit working 30 minutes after arrival. Very high bed; almost need a step stool to get onto the mattress. Tile floor in room was loose and tacked in place in several spots.

The stay itself was alright it's cheap so it's not gonna be in the best condition but my problem was the neighbors were really really noisy the whole week I stayed all hours of the night sounded like banging I don't know but it was 24/7 really annoying when you have get up at 4:30 a.m.

It is under renovation so keep that in mind. Room is spacious but you will need to do a good cleaning yourself. Other than that I experienced no problems and the bed is comfortable.

Had to get a 2nd room. The first one was not cleaned after the last occupants. Second one was not much better. Did not want to even use the shower and we put towels on the bed to sleep.
