"The staff was very nice and helpful, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the property itself was just okay. You can tell they’ve tried to make renovations, but some of the older parts still show through. It wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t great. Overall, would I stay here again? Probably not."

"The location for our activities was very convenient. Parking and the home was secure and safe. The neighborhood was very quiet and we observed security patrols drive by occasionally. The Penthouse was well appointed and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and supportive. This is a historic home and very tastefully remodeled. The property owner was very responsive when we let him know of a couple non essential items that needed his attention. One bedroom had an old roof leak, but the room was dry and clean. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to the area. "

"Home is in quiet, older neighborhood. Close to good food and drink. Shaded front porch with swing was great for relaxing."

"My husband and I picked this as a spot to stop on our way from Nashville to Tulsa, and we were very pleased. This 1BR/1BA apartment was spacious and had a nice, contemporary feel. Very comfortable bed and pillows helped us rest before the long drive the next day."

"We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this home! The host was very accommodating and made the entire process smooth and easy. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe, which was important to us.We especially appreciated the designated parking. It made things so convenient. The midtown Memphis theme was a highlight and exactly what we were looking for, adding a lot of charm and character to our stay.Overall, a wonderful experience!"

"Had a great stay. Location was excellent. No more than 15 min to anywhere we went. The beds were more comfortable than any other place I’ve stayed. Communication was great. Responded to my questions very quickly. The outside area was fun. Only negative thing would be the Hot tub didn’t get hot enough. "

"The cottage was in an excellent location, clean and well appointed. We were aware we shared parking areas with the tenant on location but unaware we shared laundry facilities until I asked the day before weleft. The laundry facility was in use by the tenant most of the weekend. I just think the description could be more precise in that regard."

"Not the best stay. Unit described was not the unit I was place in. Multiple issues upon arrival that the host was unaware of. Clogged sink, broken door, dirty dishes. All problem were not fixed until the day before my checkout. If unit was as described would have been a 4.5 /5 And only deduction would be noise overnight from a nearby establishment."
