The house itself was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe, which was important to us.We especially appreciated the designated parking. It made things so convenient. The midtown Memphis theme was a highlight and exactly what we were looking for, adding a lot of charm and character to our stay.Overall, a wonderful experience!"

"Katy is the quintessential southern hostess. Pet friendly, convenient Midtown Memphis location literally minutes from most tourist destinations. Modest cottage in a quiet residential neighborhood, but with all the conveniences you’d expect."

"The place itself is very clean, but the neighborhood is a lil sketchy. One of the two bedlamps constantly flickered, so we just kept it off during our stay, and the shower is a bit cramped but the water temp and pressure are great. Main complaint is the driveway entrance — it's very small, so if you're claustrophobic or can't handle driving thru small spaces, your best bet is to park in the lot next door."

"Not the best stay. Unit described was not the unit I was place in. Multiple issues upon arrival that the host was unaware of. Clogged sink, broken door, dirty dishes. All problem were not fixed until the day before my checkout. If unit was as described would have been a 4.5 /5 And only deduction would be noise overnight from a nearby establishment."
