Property is old and has seen better days. The amenities have been roughy up to date. However, the rooms have not. Dated and worn out. Not fitting of the Hyatt Regency brand. The phones were not connected so room service was impossible and could not reach the front desk. The toilet ran all the time, the bed sank in the middle etc I would not stay there again. Time for a renovation!

Already left this review, but I will say it again, the housekeeping staff at this Hyatt is second to none. Also, Warren, who works the p.m. on the front desk is stellar. A true company man committed to guest happiness. Beds are super comfy. Noticed a slight downshift in the towels on this trip. I come 4 times/year and go out of my way to stay at this Hyatt

I think the housekeeping staff there is second to none. I also thought that Warren, who works the p.m. shift is immensely helpful.. this facility does a lot of banquets, as do most hotels, so on weekends there are often a bunch of kids running around, or rowdy adults, lol. This time around, the children were so well-behaved.. I think they were there for a baseball tournament. Very conscientious guests! I’m back and forth every other month or so and drive extra distance to stay at this Hyatt

I have been to this hotel several times while my daughter attended Stony Brook University. Today she graduated ! I always enjoyed my stay here.

It was my brothers wedding weekend and we had a large amount of people staying at the hotel. None of the rooms were ready upon check in even at 5 in the afternoon. Rooms that were ready were never cleaned - one room even still had an unflushed toilet. When finally being able to check in at midnight- rooms were still not fully assigned and they mixed up keys and room types. They even over charged other parties by charging them for their room twice!

Hotel was ok. It was a busy day so check in wasn’t smooth. Barely any customer service displayed. Room wasn’t available at 3:00pm. Was told I would get a text once it was ready. Waited 15 mins without a text so decided to ask if room was ready and they said yes.
