Staff was outstanding. I’d like to mention the little lady at breakfast. She was so pleasant and nice to talk to. Another lady who stood out was the blonde lady at dinner who was very attentive and friendly! And the young man who helped us in the mornings since he spoke English the best. Thank you!

It was very complicated to walk to hotel in snowy night with lot of luggage as it was the first time I was going there from Train Station. Looks very close but not easy to cross the roads unless you know the way. Would prefer to have some warm items for breakfast. At least scrambled eggs.
