Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hauser Kaibling 850 m. Winter information: To the Hauser Kaibling cable car approx. 850 m (of which 350 m can be skied). Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Heating. Parquet floors. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at 300 m. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Pěkný, čistý apartmán. Prostorná kuchyně s TV, na kterou se můžete dívat pouze z lavice u velkého stolu. Další TV v každém pokoji. Stálé parkovací místo ve vzdálenosti 150 m od objektu. Na místě možno parkovat jen krátkodobě 90minut. K dispozici pouze terasa s výhledem na hory, žádný dvůr, zahrada nebo uzavřený prostor k úschově jízdních kol. K lanovce 400m do kopce. Do obchodu s potravinami 550m z kopce. Apartmá v 1. patře po schodech. K objektu není možno získat sommercard.
