We have stayed here before and returned due to many factors. High quality rooms and amenities. Location of the hotel is perfect for any trip out. Views across the river are outstanding. Lots of parking spaces. Breakfast is great and the bar really good. The hotel has everything for families or couples.

Wonderful hotel, our room was modern and clean and fitted 5 of us in (2A, 3C). The bus from the airport and to SCV stops right outside. Our room overlooked the river, there are playgrounds and shops within walking distance. We didn’t eat at the restaurant as the menu wasn't to our taste, but there are loads of places to eat nearby. But the breakfast had a good selection, and we all managed to find something to fill up on for the day! Also to note there are multiple playrooms for kids in both the restaurant and main reception area, which our kids loved! Would absolutely rebook this hotel in a heartbeat!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room, however, felt a little small and lacking, and we expected a bit more considering the price we paid. The layout of the building was also quite unusual — the very long corridors leading to the rooms made it feel more like walking through an underground car park than a 4-star hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay, although on one occasion housekeeping knocked to clean the room quite late in the afternoon. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of hot and cold options, though a few items that should have been hot were on the cooler side. Still, there was a good overall selection. We did enjoy our time at the hotel, but like much of Rovaniemi during this time of year, everything comes at a premium.

Very nice

Location is great. Behind the hotel is the river with beautiful views, in front is a bus stop to Santa Claus village. Multiple restaurants and stores around and close to city center. It's just that we refused cleaning but housekeeper came anyway while we were out.

The hotel was excellent, while the main hotel is a little dated the service and cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. Breakfast had a huge selection. Would highly recommend and plenty of restaurants to choose from in the City.

Fabulous stay for a family of 4, the hotel is ideally located and has all the facilities that we needed. The breakfast was included and was delicious with plenty of choice. The room was large for a family of 4 and the kids loved the bunk beds. It was quiet and had a beautiful view of the river. I would highly recommend this hotel

Swimming pool was freezing (too cold to be useable) and areas of the hotel were worn/in need of renovation. Main single beds in room were very comfortable, but sofa bed was awful and has left me with a very painful back. That said, staff were friendly, location was good and breakfast was good.

Loved the newly renovated section , parking is close , no payment , nice room and bathroom was excellent quality … breakfast was great selection and quality … just it was a bit expensive for the overall hotel and no baggage service or help was difficult with 3 kids, snow and small elevators .

Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Restaurant's dinner was delicious! though service was very slow, I waited 40 minutes for my order to get to my table (only 1 person at my table). The room was spacious and comfortable, the view was pretty, but the cleaning was superficial. I found hair and small paper and plastic residues from previous guests. The location is perfect and it was an overall pleasant experience (except for the cleaning, definitely an area of improvement).

Hotel was ok for what we needed and very centrally located to centre. Pool was freezing, hence I dipped a toe and came out…quiet as people don’t stay in long. tea/coffee in room never replenished. Breakfast was good and plenty to choose from. Price reflects the season

Great location for walking into the city centre, not far from sledging at the Naava cafe, we had a family superior room, the room was huge and very modern, breakfast was great, lots of choice of hot and cold food, would definitely recommend
