Air conditioning was terrible, shower area smells of sewage. Was assured by supervisor a portable air conditioner would be sent to our room but it never arrived. The service on the 6th floor bar was terrible and slow. The bathroom single sink has VERY little counter space and made it difficult to get ready in the morning. Jack’s Steakhouse was about empty at 7:00 pm and the prices were very high.

The concierge Lucas was maybe the best part of it all.
We got the 2 bedroom suite. It was huge and the aircons worked well enough (rare in Europe.
