Hidden away on a peaceful street, this freshly renovated 2-bedroom unit is only a 5-minute stroll from Havelock North’s lively village centre—placing cafés, restaurants, shops, the park, and public pool all at your fingertips, whether you’re travelling with family, a partner, or for business.

The home is sunny, warm, and modern, with one bathroom plus a separate toilet. A heat pump/air-conditioning unit keeps things comfortable all year round.

Enjoy the private outdoor area with a BBQ – great for relaxing after a day out. There’s also off-street parking for two vehicles.
